Both companies have updated their Terms Of Service twice since June 2024 to address rampant cheating. Bad AI is protecting them.
Background:
Top Games is the Evony, Kings Return game developer. Google Play hosts Evony in the Google Play Store and both have stringent rules against bullying & cheating.
Google Play TOS(terms of service) are supposed to protect players from bullying but Top Games isn’t banning certain bullies like Hellcat & Oly.

Bullying, taunting and cheating acts violate Google Play Terms of Service.
Violations against Top Games, Inc. aren’t enforced because Gmail has invented an AI dead email box.
Evony Game Specific Definitions
Bob Servers (Bubble or Burn) are conditions imposed by larger, powerful players to stop players from participating in events, severely limiting growth and fun!
Bullying & Cheating are rampant in Evony TKR.
Google Play must step up against bullies because Top Games refuses to.
Why Doesn’t Google Play Enforce Actions Against Bullying in Evony TKR by Top Games, Inc when Top Games doesn’t ban high spending bullies?
Bullying Statistics
Statistically, as high as 10% of people can exhibit bullying tendencies.
If bullies in Evony come even close to the number of bullies in the populous, Evony’s 1000 servers could have as many as 1000 bullies.
But bullying is a huge problem everywhere…not just in online gaming!
We should be helping Top Games by reporting every bully.
Evony: The King’s Return (Evony TKR) is an online game developed by Top Games, Inc and available on Google Play. Despite numerous reports of bullying and cheating, little to no action has been taken by either Google Play or Top Games, Inc.
Reports of Bullying & Cheating
Players have repeatedly used Evony Support and Google Play Support to report bullying and illegal resource sellers (RSS resellers). Emails have been sent to both support@topgamesinc.zendesk.com and googleplay-support@google.com outlining the issues, including detailed evidence of misconduct.
Top Games Support Protects Big-Spending Bullies
Top Games Support claims they are unable to open the evidence images provided, despite them being included in multiple formats—pasted into emails, attached as files, and even provided through a Google Photos link. While these same images are visible to third parties, Top Games continues to ignore these reports and fails to take action against bullies & cheaters.
The Bigger Question Is:
- Why doesn’t Google Play enforce penalties against Top Games, Inc for allowing bullying in Evony TKR?
- Why isn’t Google Play taking action against Top Games, Inc for allowing illegal RSS and Token resellers in Evony TKR?
